Right to Cancel

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right to cancel that applies from the day you have received a product you have ordered.

When exercising your right to cancel:

You must notify that you want to cancel. The message should be sent to us at contact@athlasofficial.com. Your message must clearly state your name, your address, email address, the order number, and which products the return concerns.

You should immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice return the products to us.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost, delivery, and condition of the products upon return; the products should therefore be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.

From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the product's original value if the product is used or damaged.

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Products that, for health or hygiene reasons, have been sealed and where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Products that are sealed audio or video recordings and where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Custom-made products, which have been specially tailored for you or have a clear personal character according to your wishes.
  • Services that have been completed and where you have explicitly agreed that the service will begin without the right to cancel.
  • Goods that can quickly deteriorate, for example food.
  • Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

Complaints and Claims

We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly delivered when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the fault free of charge.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product.

The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.

How do you proceed with a complaint?

Any faults and defects must always be reported to contact@athlasofficial.com where you state your name, your address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.

If we are not able to correct the fault or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow the guidelines from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se.

Limitation of Liability

We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays/errors caused by circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor dispute, fire, war, governmental decisions, reduced or missing delivery from supplier.

Furthermore, we take no responsibility for any changes in products/product characteristics made by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
