About Athlas
The company is based in Sundsvall, Sweden and is a part of AdMinded (980206-2936). If you wish to get in touch with us, please send an email to contact@athlasofficial.com with your inquiry and contact details, and we will get back to you shortly.
Order
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all information regarding the products, price, billing, and delivery address.
If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should contact us immediately via email at contact@athlasofficial.com.
Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 5–14 days. NOTE! Orders placed during weekends will be shipped at the earliest the following Monday.
If a delivery delay occurs (without prior notice of extended delivery time), please contact us at contact@athlasofficial.com.
Prices
All prices in the store are listed in SEK and VAT is not included.
Customs fees and VAT may apply, and you as the customer are responsible for these charges.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, misprints in price lists, or incorrect pricing caused by faulty information.
Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
If you wish to use your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us of your decision to withdraw. This notification must be sent to us at contact@athlasofficial.com. Your message must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return applies to.
You should return the products to us immediately, and no later than 14 days after your notice of withdrawal.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return. Products should be well-packaged and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation of the product compared to its original value if the item is used or damaged.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken by you.

Sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken.

Custom-made products tailored specifically for you or clearly personalized.

Services that have been fully performed and where you have explicitly agreed to the start of the service without the right of withdrawal.

Goods that deteriorate quickly, such as food.

Complaints and Claims
We inspect all products before shipping them to you. If a product is still damaged or incorrectly delivered, we undertake, in accordance with consumer protection laws, to rectify the error at no cost.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint should be made immediately after discovering the defect.
How to proceed with a complaint:
Any defects or faults must be reported to contact@athlasofficial.com, stating your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.
If we cannot correct the problem or deliver a similar product, we will refund the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to deny a complaint if the item is not defective under consumer protection laws. We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages caused by the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These may include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or absent delivery from the supplier.
Furthermore, we are not responsible for any changes to products or product features altered by the respective supplier or due to other external factors beyond our control.
Product Information
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and for product sell-outs.
We do not guarantee that the images accurately reflect the products' actual appearance, as certain color differences may occur due to screen settings, photography quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.
